Exchange Policy

At NH ELECTRICAL WORKS SDN. BHD, we strive to ensure that all our products meet your expectations. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:


🔄 Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

⚠️ Items not eligible for exchange:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse
  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

📦 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product:
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and clear photos of the item.
  3. Upon approval, you may be asked to return the product to us. The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
  4. A replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.

ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • We currently offer exchange only, not refunds.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • NH ELECTRICAL WORKS SDN. BHD reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
