🔄 Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
⚠️ Items not eligible for exchange:
- Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse
- Items that have been used or installed
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
📦 Exchange Process

- Provide your order number, product name, and clear photos of the item.
- Upon approval, you may be asked to return the product to us. The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
- A replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.

- We currently offer exchange only, not refunds.
